As a former Marine, I learned the true meaning of discipline and responsibility. I brought that mindset to the Costa del Sol, where I built a property management organization with a portfolio of over 200 homes. This has given me an insider’s perspective on the local market, property valuation, and professional management.
Through Schuit Invest, I am active in real estate investment, renovation, and redevelopment. My focus is on identifying properties with potential and realizing sustainable value appreciation.
At Dutch Value, I focus on strategy, acquisition, project development, and investor relations. My philosophy is simple: successful investments are built on trust, transparency, and shared interests.
With over 25 years of experience in capital goods sales, entrepreneurship, and investments, I have built a strong commercial background and an extensive business network.
